Join Dr. MacNicol and Natalie Sullivan for an enthusiastic discussion of the equine microbiome supplements. Dr. MacNicol will explain the difference between prebiotics, probiotics, postbiotics and symbiotics and what they each mean to your horse's wellbeing! We'll discuss what the available literature is really telling us, what the data means, and then give some ideas on what we're missing and what the future of this research might look like. Dr. Jennifer L. MacNicol completed her Bachelor of Animal Biology Honors with a minor in Nutritional
Science at the University of Guelph. It is at the University of Guelph where she also completed her
Master’s by Thesis and PhD studies in the Department of Animal Biosciences out of the Ontario
